The strategic goal for HWC during 2007-2010 

1. Respond to all the health rights (to the growing needs) of the Palestinian society in accordance with the vision of the organization.
2. Respond to development (growing needs) of the Palestinian society in accordance with the vision of the organization. 
3.  Use information technology and communication systems in the various fields of the organization’s. 
4. Realize comprehensive quality in all fields of the organization’s work.  
5. Enhance the social, health, and development rights of the Palestinian society.
