Promoting sexual and reproductive health and rights among Palestinian Society project is funded by the consulate general of Sweden in Jerusalem and implemented by HWC, in a partnership with the Arab forum for education, sexuality and reproductive health.The project will target 15 communities distributed geographically over the west bank.

 

North of the West Bank, Qaqilya city, Nablus, Awarta, Beithan,salem and Tubas City

Middle of the West Bank,East Jerusalem, AL-Mazraa Al sharqia village, Rantis Village, AL-Leban AL-Gharbi, and RasKarkar Village.

South of the West Bank, Old city of Hebron, Halhul City, Sa’ir and Beat Sahour City.

 

The main aim of the project is to promote sexual and reproductive health among the Palestinian society and enhancing the SRH status for adolescence, youth, and women by increasing access to sexual and reproductive health rights, information and services.

 

To support and develop the quality of reproductive health services at HWC centers in the aria of intervention.

Improve and develop institutional structure for implementing partners in the area of intervention.

Strengthening male involvement in the SRH services in the area of intervention.

Rising awareness about SRH and reclaiming sexuality knowledge as human rights in selected communities.

Develop research studies in the field of sexuality reproductive health fostering in youth, and menopause.

 

Supporting and developing the quality Reproductive Health services at HWC centers in the area of intervention.

Improve and develop institutional structure for implementing partners in the area of intervention.

Strengthening male involvements in the SRH services in the area of intervention.

Raising awareness about SRH and reclaiming sexuality knowledge as human rights in selected communities.

Develop research studies in the fields of sexual reproductive health fostering on youth, and Menopause.

 

Provide services in the fields of Sexual reproductive health  in HWC centers .

Add specialized services to SRH services focus on  disabled people at HWC centers.

Integrate mental health services within the sexual and reproductive health care at HWC centers.

Enhance HWC staff capacities in the fields of preconception, marriage counsel, GBV, disability sensitivity and psychosocial counseling services

Prepare and implement an institutional development plan for HWC centers

Prepare and construct adaption plan for disability people in HWC centers.

Construct group of youth and students from West bank and Jerusalem area to become ambassadors in SRH

Conduct research study in the fields of Youth involvement in  SRH , Manepouse, sexuality and sexual rights in Palestine. 

Conduct conference for all stakeholders and partners to share the program results and outcomes.
